Weekly Challenge: Trashy Non(vel)
Complete the Mongo Literature Objective by reading a non-fiction book about garbage.
Details:
1) Choose and obtain ANY* non-fiction book about garbage.
We’ve created a list of suggestions over at our new online Quest Scouts bookshop, but feel free to choose a book that’s not on the list.
*Caveat- Make it a 100+ page book geared towards adults for this objective.
2) Read the book! (Listening to the audio version is great too!)
3) After reading your non-fiction book, take a photo of yourself with the book and post it on our Facebook Page as a comment on our post title “Weekly Challenge- Trashy Non(vel).” If you no longer have the book, or read/listened to a digital version, get creative and post an alternative photo.
4) Along with your photo, please tell us what book you read, whether or not you enjoyed it, and one (or more) trash related facts you learned while reading it.
5) Remember! If you’re a member, not only will completing this challenge earn you a star, but also 300 points towards your Mongo badge as well. Don’t forget to write and post a short book review here and record your points!
