Weekly Challenge: 👁️ Street Critique
Complete the Aerosol Art Objective through finding a piece of spray painted street art that you find visually appealing.
Details:
1) This objective asks you to examine the aesthetic nature of “graffiti”. As you engage with the Aerosol quest, keep your eyes peeled for graffiti for an extended period of time. For those of you who live in an urban area, we encourage you to engage with this objective over the period of a week or more. For others, you may need to overlap this objective with a trip to a larger city over a shorter period of time.
2) While being mindful of the world of graffiti around you, compare the various examples that you see. Are some forms of graffiti more aesthetically appealing than other? What differences are you seeing?
3) Choose the most visually appealing example of graffiti you find and take a photo of it.
IMPORTANT: If you have not yet found an example that you find visually appealing, you have not yet completed this objective. Keep trying!
4) Share your photo in a comment on our Facebook Page on the post “Weekly Challenge- 👁️ Street Critique”.
5) Alongside your photo:
