Objective:
Ask a friend for gossip or an update about their life, then actively listen to what they have to say.
Details:
This objective is simple, but we hope that you find it meaningful nonetheless.
1) Call a friend. Choose someone you haven’t talked to in a while, or someone who you may see frequently but who might benefit from a listening ear.
2) Get the “scoop” on your friends life. Ask them how they have been and what’s going on in their world. Treat this call as an oppurtunity to actively listen to what they have to say.
