Weekly Challenge: Gratitude Attitude
Spend some time reminding yourself of the many things you are grateful for.
Welcome to 2021! Last year was ROUGH. And let’s be honest, January 1st 2021 wasn’t a magic wand that waved away our stressors. With all the bad we’ve observed in the past year, it’s easy to forget all of the awesome that exists in our lives. This Weekly Challenge asks you to take some time to focus on gratitude.
Details:
1) Set a timer for 15 minutes! Spending an uninterrupted block of time on this challenge will help make it more powerful, so please don’t skip this step! You might optionally want to set the mood by putting on some music.
2) Grab a notebook and pen and start your timer. Spend your 15 minutes making a list of things you are grateful for. Our hope is that by the end of this exercise you will be reminded that there is a ton of things, both big and small, that make your life great.
