Times can be tough, and sometimes the best we can do is let out a little frustration, anger, or even rage with a healthy coping mechanism.
1) Check out 10 Healthy Ways to Release Rage from Mental Health America.
2) Choose one of the 10 methods for releasing rage, and give it a try. (If you’d rather, feel free to use your own resources to come up with an alternative healthy way to let off stream!)
